Who I am
Nestylist Ltd, trading as Nesty Birth and Beyond. I’m Clarissa (CJ), and the company is responsible for your information (the “controller”). We’re registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZC195881. You can contact me at nesty@nestybirthandbeyond.com.
What information I collect
When you send an enquiry or register your interest through a form, I collect:
- your name, preferred name and pronouns (if you give them), email address, phone number, and your town or the first part of your postcode
- your estimated due date or your baby’s date of birth, if you give it
- what you’re looking for
- anything else you choose to tell me, including accessibility needs
Some of this may be about your health or your pregnancy. The law calls this “special category” information. I only use it if you choose to give it to me, and I ask for your explicit consent to do so.
Why I collect it and my legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a free connection call. My legal basis is legitimate interests: it’s in both our interests that I can respond to you.
- To use any sensitive information you share (for example health or accessibility details). My legal basis is your explicit consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To arrange a course booking. If you register your interest in a course, I use your details to contact you and arrange your booking. My legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Who sees your information
I use Google Workspace (Google Forms, Sheets, Calendar, Meet and email) to run enquiries and calls. Google processes your information on my behalf. I don’t sell your information or use it for marketing, and I don’t run a mailing list.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for 12 months, then delete them from my form responses and my email. If you become a client, I will keep your records for 12 months after the completion of my services.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to withdraw your consent. Email me at nesty@nestybirthandbeyond.com. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. The enquiry form and the booking page open on Google’s own pages, and Google may set cookies there. They don’t load on my website. I don’t use analytics.
